Women Operators Network

I had the honor of learning from an amazing woman last month – Vernice Armour. As a former McDonald’s employee she speaks fondly of her time in the restaurants..

Vernice Armour is a former Captain in the United States Marine Corps. She was the first African-American female naval aviator in the Marine Corps and America’s first African American female combat pilot in the United States military. Her life experiences remind all of us how important it is to acknowledge that “we have permission to engage”.

Please follow the link to learn a bit more about Vernice and her book ‘Zero to Breakthrough’
